Afrobeats star CKay has just unlocked another monumental milestone — his debut EP Ckay The First has officially crossed 1 billion streams on Spotify.

This achievement makes the project the 7th Nigerian body of work to reach the billion-streams club and, more impressively, the first-ever Nigerian EP to do so on the platform.

Released in 2019, Ckay The First became a global sensation largely off the back of the mega-viral hit Love Nwantiti, which sparked countless remixes and topped charts worldwide.
