Fast-rising Nigerian superstar Lojay has finally confirmed a new release date for his long-awaited debut album, XOXO. The project, originally slated for August, will now drop on Thursday, October 10, 2025.
To build more excitement, Lojay also unveiled the full 14-tracklist — and it’s packed with heavyweight collaborations. Fans can expect magic from Feid (Colombia), Odeal (UK), Tyla (South Africa), and Nigeria’s very own Victony, alongside Lojay’s solo gems.
Highlights include Mwah! ft. Odeal, Body with Feid, Memories ft. Tyla, and Sawa with Victony, while tracks like Sale, Shiver, Jericho, and Alright showcase Lojay’s individual artistry. The balance of cross-continental collabs and solo efforts promises a dynamic listening experience that blurs genres and borders.
The delay of XOXO was first announced back in August, when Lojay told fans he needed “a little more time” to fine-tune the album he’s been crafting for two years. “This being my debut album, it’s so important to me that when you press play, it feels timeless,” he shared in a heartfelt note.
Best known for his global smash Monalisa and his smooth blend of Afrobeats and R&B, Grammy-nominated Lojay has already built a reputation as one of the scene’s most innovative voices. With XOXO, he’s gearing up to deliver his most ambitious and personal body of work to date.
The countdown is officially on — October 10 is about to be a landmark moment for African music, and Lojay looks ready to take his throne.
