U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has arrested a 39-year-old Nigerian national convicted of driving under the influence (DUI).

Adetunji Frederick Olofinlade was arrested in Baltimore, Maryland, on Saturday, July 12, 2025. 

ICE made this known in a statement on Sunday, July 13. 

“He has been issued a notice to appear and will remain in ICE custody,” the statement added.
