Veteran Nollywood actress, Patience Umeh, has claimed that her colleague, Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha, does not accept kissing or romantic roles in movies.

News reports that the film star made this known in a recent episode of the ‘Where Is The Lie’ podcast.

Umeh stated that Chioma’s rejection of romantic roles was influenced by her Catholic upbringing.

She remarked, “Chioma Chukwuka was brought up in a very Catholic home. She doesn’t accept kissing or romantic roles in movies. I’m saying this out of experience. She was a legionary. She has been a good girl.” 

However, contrary to Patience Umeh’s claims, Chioma Chukwuka recently played a romantic role in Netflix series ‘Seven Doors’, where she kissed her colleague come movie producer, Femi Adebayo.
